Serving the community for almost 25 years, United Sports Academy’s Preschool program offers gymnastics classes to children 18 months through 4 years old. Besides age appropriate gymnastic skills, we provide children the opportunity to socialize with other children their age, learn to follow simple directions and patterns, and most of all have fun. Our classes are grouped by age:
- Bouncing Babies are 18 months to 2 years old. A parent joins the child in class to help guide them around a circuit.
- Tumble Monkeys are our 3 year old group where they go into class on their own. For many children this is their first time away from the parent in a class structured activity.
- Prenastics is for 4 year olds as we prepare them to make the exciting move to the downstairs or “big gym” when they are 5.
Our classes are offered 5 days a week with morning and evening options available. Every month there is a themed week such as “superhero week, bring your favorite stuffed animal, circus & favorite sports team week”. When you sign up for our preschool classes you are entitled to “unlimited” classes. In other words, you pick your weekly day and time and then can register for additional classes as long as it has availability and is age appropriate at no additional cost! Each child in the preschool program also receives one free open gym per month in their membership! United Sports Academy preschool open gyms are held two Wednesdays a month 10:00-11:00am and every Thursday from 5:00-5:50pm in Dunmore. The last Tuesday of every month there is a preschool open gym at our Scranton Trampoline and Tumbling location. Open gym is open to anyone in our area and is $8 per class.
